The following terms of business apply to all Midas Touch Crafts engagements, this includes workshops, seminars, courses, coaching appointments, or paid consultancy dates.
All payments must be made in full, at least 4 days before the start date of the course.
Midas Touch Crafts is happy to offer a date transfer on course bookings on the basis that there is written notice 21 days prior to the start date. If however the client wishes to transfer a booking with less than 2 days of the original course date there will be an administrative charge of 25% of the course fee.
If the transfer is within 7 days of the original course date there will be a administrative charge of 50%.
A full refund will be given to any cancellations made 30 days or more of the original course date. If the booking is cancelled between 30-10 days of the original course date only 50% will be refunded.
If cancellations are made within 10 days or less of the original course date or participants fail to attend full course fee must be paid immediately.
Midas Touch Crafts reserves the right to cancel a course at any time without liability. In this circumstance, participants will be offered a full refund or change date option or credit note.
A full refund with the exception is 10% admin fee will be given to any cancellations made 30 days or more of the original course date. If the booking is cancelled between 30-10 days of the original course date only 50% will be refunded.
Vouchers purchased from any daily deals sites allow a 48 hour change of date policy. Client’s attendance of a workshop eradicates rights to any refund.
Please note that any attendees arriving 15 minutes after the start time of the workshop will not be permitted entrance and are therefore not entitled to any type of re-booking or refund.
There is no charge if a substitute person wishes to replace the original participant. Please inform head office in writing.
